You directly provide Cloud365 with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
  • Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email.
  • Voluntary complete a request for information on products, services, solutions via any of our message boards or via email.

  • Cloud365 may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:
    • Your Company provides your data on the scope of the performance of a Contract between your Company and Cloud365 or between your Company and one of our Partners to whom we work as a Sales Channel.
    • A colleague of yours provides your contact information for conducting business or contract activities.
    • Your Company provides your data on the scope of a Marketing Research conducted by Cloud365.
    • We found your personal data available on public media, like LinkedIN or other public sites, providing it is clear that you published your personal data, or the media has your permission to publish it.

How will we use your data?

Cloud365 collects your data so that we can:

  • Process your order, manage your account, provide technical or administrative support on the scope of a Contract between Cloud365 and your Company or between your Company and one of our Partners to whom we work as Sales Channel.
  • Email you Marketing and Sales information on products and services we think you might like.
  • If your data is provided to Cloud365 indirectly, more restrictive usage of your data may apply.

If you agree, Cloud365 may share, on a case-by-case basis, your data with our partner companies, listed below, so that we can coordinate with them joint offers of products, services and solutions to you or to your Company.
